Dare to DO and BE

Decide for yourself what you want to do and be, and then do what you need to, to succeed. If you fail, then at least you tried, and you won't have to think "what if."

Unfortunately, just before you take your first step on the journey to pursue your dreams, people around you, even the ones who deeply care for you, will give you awful advice. It’s not because they have evil intentions. They try to protect you by shielding you from the possibility of failure, which, in effect, also shields you from the possibility of making your dreams a reality. They don’t understand the big picture. – What your dreams, passions, and life goals mean to you. They don’t understand that, to you, the reward is worth the risk.

Here are a few reasons why you have to ignore the awful advice of the people around you to pursue your dreams:
  • You've always wanted to do this.
  • You’ll experience things you never could have imagined.
  • You will become courageous.
  • You will become an inspiration to those around you.
  • You will realize the incredible things you are capable of doing.
  • You will like yourself more.
  • Life will become beautiful.
  • Your joy and happiness will become contagious.
  • You will connect on a deeper level with the force of the universe.
  • You will smile more.
  • It will give meaning to everything you do.
  • The food will taste better.
  • Every day you will learn new things.
  • Your happiness will show on your face.
  • You will love being around you
  • You would have fulfilled life’s purpose.
Go ahead, crush the fears, the doubts, overpower the naysayers, and take that one leap of faith to be who you want to be—no matter where you are.
